Banana Foster Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding

Note from Debbie: Today we are making the World Famous Banana Foster Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding. Why? Because it is economical and easy too! It tastes great! I know you will love it!

Ingredients

4 eggs
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 cup milk
2 teaspoon of vanilla
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 to 1 cup of chocolate chips
white bread- enough torn pieces of white bread to fill square pan

Instructions

Slightly grease square pan and fill with torn pieces of white bread. Enough to fill pan.
Mix eggs, milk, vanilla, sugar and toss in chocolate chips. Pour over bread until bread is soaked. Bake approximately 35-45 minutes, until puffy in center.

Ingredients for Carmel Sauce

1/4 cup of butter
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

Heat to boiling over medium heat, stir frequently for 1 minute.
