Brocolli-Tomato Salad

Ingredients
1 pound fresh broccoli florets
3 TBSP Tamari Sauce
2 teasp Olive oil
1 teasp red wine vinegar (or more to taste)
12 cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup sliced water chestnuts; rinsed and drained
2 green onions; chopped (optional)
pinch Kosher salt
Instructions
Wash broccoli and cherry tomatoes thoroughly. Slice cherry tomatoes in half. Chop broccoli into small florets unless already cut. Place broccoli and tomatoes in medium size mixing bowl. Add water chest nuts and chopped green onions. In a small mixing bowl, whisk Tamari sauce into olive oil and red wine vinegar. Fold over vegetables. Sprinkle with a pinch of Kosher salt. Toss. Serve chilled. enJOY!
