Debbie's Favorite Kale

Note from Debbie: "I love kale even though my sister makes fun of me every time I make it. She calls it sea weed. I call it really, really delicious!"

Ingredients
2 bunches of kale; stems removed, leaves washed and chopped
1 TBSP Tamari (soy sauce works too but Tamari is the best)
1 TBSP sesame seeds
2 teasp. Olive oil
2 teasp. Crushed garlic
pinch of sea salt
pinch of ginger (optional)

Instructions
Heat olive oil and sesame seeds in sauté pan. Add garlic and ginger and cook just until garlic turns slightly brown. Add sea salt and chopped kale and cook 3-4 minutes. Stir repeatedly. Add tamari. (Can be served warm but my preference is chilled). TIP: If kale sticks to the pan during cooking, add a few drops of water. enJOY!
