French Riviera Peach Pudding

A Note from Debbie: Okay, so I was going to make a No Bake Chocolate Cake, a recipe from France, but when I tried to translate the recipe to English, it came out a little funny! Instead I decided to make this French Riviera Peach Pudding and I know you will love it!

Ingredients

2 containers prepared rice pudding
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/3 cup heavy cream
1-2 fresh peaches cut into bite size pieces
2 almond or pecan granola bars, crushed into bite size pieces

Instructions
Combine pudding with vanilla, cinnamon and cream. Fold in peaches and 1 of the crushed granola bars. Garnish with crushed granola and mint leaf.
