Bruno’s Pizza Dough Recipe
- 1/2 gallon of high gluten flour
- 1/4 oz. dry yeast
- 1 oz. of salt
- 5 ozs. sugar
- 6 ozs. oil
- 1 quart cold water
Mix dry ingredients until thoroughly mixed -- add oil and water and mix until dough is smooth and tough, not sticky...(if sticky add more flour)
Place on a floured table and form into ball. Place dough ball on a greased pan and refrigerate for 5-6 hours if possible. Roll out dough and perforate dough then place on pizza screen, add desired amount of pizza sauce, cheese and your favorite toppings. Cook at 425-450 for 20 minutes.

- mushrooms
- jalapenos
- tomatoes
