St. Patrick’s Ham Casserole (serves 12)
½ pound green noodles (cook and drain)
1 large onion
1 green pepper
1 8-ounce package of fresh mushrooms. Sautee in butter.
3 cups diced ham, already cooked.
2 cups grated Swiss cheese
1 small jar pimentos
2 cups of sour cream
½ cup of milk
Mix adding 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper and 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire Sauce. Top with some of the grated cheese. Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes.
